She has had over six years makeup experience in a wide range of settings, including retail, fashion, print, television and bridal makeup. In that time she has lived and worked in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth, and has travelled to Los Angeles, San Francisco, Vietnam, Nepal, India, New Zealand, Ecuador, Japan, China and even Borneo with her work.

Ashleigh completed a Fashion and Bridal Certificate of Attainment and a Diploma in Advanced Fashion at the Art and Technology of Makeup College (Sydney NSW). This institution is the longest running fully professional make-up training college in Australia with an established reputation in the industry.
